How to Enable Keyboard Shortcuts in Gmail
Some Gmail keyboard shortcuts are enabled by default, but most custom hotkeys require a one-time setup inside your Gmail account settings.
- Open Gmail on your computer.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then select See all settings.
- Scroll down to the Keyboard shortcuts section.
- Select Keyboard shortcuts on.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
